(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On November 29, 2014 at 3:14 a.m., a member of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was parked on William Street in Parry Sound. A white Toyota passed the police cruiser at an extremely slow speed. Police initiated a traffic stop and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. A roadside breath test was conducted. The driver registered a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) in the “Warn Range†of .05 to .08.
As a result of the officer’s investigation, Patrick MCTAVISH, 22 years of age from Parry Sound was issued an immediate roadside driver’s licence suspension for three days.
(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On November 29, 2014 at 4:40 a.m., a member of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle parked with the engine running on the side of Highway 69 in Carling Township. Police initiated an investigation into the parked black Toyota and determined the driver had consumed alcohol.
As a result of the officer’s investigation, Richard TAMBEAU, 49 years of age from Clearview Township, was arrested and registered a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) in the “Warn Range†of .05 to .08.
The accused was issued an immediate roadside driver’s licence suspension for three days.
