(ESSEX, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex received a traffic complaint regarding an erratic driver on May 25, 2016 at approximately 10:20 p.m. between Erie Road and Kael Drive in Essex.
The vehicle in question, a red Chrysler was located in Harrow. The male driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Travis SMITH, age 23 of Essex was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor Court on June 16, 2016 to answer to the charges.
