(LAKESHORE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore was called on May 24, 2016 at approximately 7:30 p.m. for a report of an erratic driver driving on the wrong side of the road on Essex County Road 22 near Rourke Line in Lakeshore.
The vehicle was located and the driver was spoken to. He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.
Jamie ARTHUR, age 44 of Lakeshore was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on June 7, 2016 to answer to the charges.
