(NORTH BAY, ON)-On August 3, 2014 at approximately 3:45 a.m., a member of the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment was on patrol on Highway 17, Commanda Township, when he stopped a vehicle for a highway traffic act infraction. Upon further investigation Travis HUNTER, age 24, of Cochrane was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood, section 253(1)(b) and Driving While Ability Impaired, section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on August 12, 2014.
