(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On March 2, 2014, just before 7:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Pontiac vehicle on Highway 401 westbound near Kent Bridge Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the female driver, 22 year old Sarah PHILADELPHIA, from Windsor, was charged with the following:
Drive Without Proper Headlights, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Class G1 Licence Holder – Unaccompanied By Qualified Driver, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Class G1 Licence Holder – Drive On Prohibited Highway, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Class G1 Licence Holder – Carry Front Seat Passenger, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Operate A Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
