(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On March 2, 2014 at approximately 2:50 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) members while on general patrol completed a routine traffic stop in Fox Alley, Tillsonburg.
Investigation resulted in the arrest of a male driver and female passenger.
Police have charged 30 year old Eric CREEK of Woodstock with:
Adult Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act)
Driving while under suspension (Highway Traffic Act)
Driving Motor Vehicle with Liquor readily available (Liquor License Act)
Police have also charged 30 year old Alexis HOFFMAN of Woodstock with:
Adult Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams (Controlled Drugs and Substances Act)
Both parties were released on a Promise to Appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 25, 2014.
