(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On February 4, 2014, just after 10:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Freightliner tractor trailer on Highway 401 eastbound near Orford Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 41 year old Cornelius WALL, from Norfolk County, ON, was charged with Improperly Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle with a Minor Defect in it or Drawn Vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
