(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 15, 2014, just before 4:30 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a Ford pickup on Highway 401 westbound near Communication Road.
As a result of the subsequent OPP traffic investigation, the driver, 35 year old Andrew BRYSON, from Lakeshore, ON, was charged with the following:
Drive Motor Vehicle, No Validation On Plate, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Driver Fail To Surrender Licence, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
Fail To Surrender CVOR Certificate, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
No Name On Commercial Vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act
