(CITY OF TEMISKAMING SHORES, ON) A member of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting traffic enforcement on Highway 11, in Harley Township. On April 11, 2014 at approximately 3:49 p.m. a south bound pick-up truck was stopped for speeding.
Further investigation resulted in additional charges.
Scott LAVALLEE, 26, of Haileybury is charged for Speeding – section 128 of the Highway Traffic Act, Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit – section 7(1)(a) of the Highway Traffic Act, and Drive with windshield coated, view obstructed – section 73(2) of the Highway Traffic Act.
