(ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON) – On February 18, 2014 at around 5:20 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Nissan vehicle on Highway 40 in the area of Holt Line. During the investigation an undisclosed quantity of suspected marihuana was seized. The driver, 21 year old Dylan VANDAMME who is from St. Clair Township, will appear in a Sarnia court on March 31, 2014 to answer to the charges of:
Possession of a controlled substance under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Fail to comply with a probation order under the Criminal Code of Canada.
Drive a motor vehicle without a licence under the Highway Traffic Act.
Obstructed licence plate under the Highway Traffic Act.
