(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer stopped a black Chevrolet Avalanche pickup truck in the City of Brantford.
At approximately 2:10 a.m. Wednesday March 5th, 2014, the officer stopped the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was found to be bound by curfew. Tremaine HILL 34 years of age from Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation was taken into custody and is facing the following criminal charge.
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on April 17th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
