(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Friday, November 29, 2013, just before 10:00 p.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a 2010 black BMW vehicle on Highway 401 eastbound, near Tilbury.
Further investigation revealed that the passenger, Veronica GABRIEL of Dollard-Des-Ormeaux, QC, was in violation of her Recognizance conditions.
The passenger was arrested and held for a bail hearing in a Chatham court on Monday, December 2, 2013, to answer to four counts of Fail To Comply With Recognizance, under the Criminal Code of Canada.
