(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON)On Wednesday August 7th 2013, at approximately 10:13pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a traffic complaint about a 2009 Nissan Murano in Elora. Officers were able to locate the motor vehicle on Mill Street East near Metcalfe Street. The investigation revealed that the male driver had consumed alcohol.
Piotr JAKOBOWSKI aged 53 of Kitchener is charged with Impaired Driving, and Over 80, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on 27th of August 2013 to answer to the charge.
