(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Monday, December 8, 2014 at approximately 8:43 am officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single motor vehicle collision involving a tractor trailer unit.
Upon arrival, officers observed a tractor trailer unit to be rolled over onto the passenger side of the vehicle blocking both the east bound and west bound lane of Highway 102 east of Hill Road. Highway 102 will remain closed until the tractor trailer can be removed.
The driver and passenger of the vehicle were transported to hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
Police remain on scene and are continuing to investigate.
