(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On March 6, 2015 at approximately 12:27p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding a theft incident that occurred at Stumbled Upon Consignment Boutique located on Main Street in Mount Forest, Wellington North Township.
The complainant reported that a female left the store without paying for a pair of pants. She was located by police and arrested for the theft. Further investigation revealed that she was on a Probation Order and had breached a condition.
Tracey REID age 44 of Southgate Township been charged with Theft Under $5000 and Fail to Comply with a Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 24, 2015 to answer to the charges.
