(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST GREY, ON) – On Saturday, April 26, 2014 at approximately 11:26 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) charged a tow truck driver, with operating a motor vehicle with liquor readily available, after attending the 12th Sideroad, just off of Hwy. 6, in the Municipality of West Grey, to assist a motorist in need of a tow. The motorist, was an off duty police officer.
Britton John LUNDY, 23, of Georgian Bluffs, was issued a Provincial Offence Notice under the Liquor Licence Act.
