(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), have charged a Hamilton man with sexual assault.
On Friday April 25th, 2014 at approximately 12:22 p.m. officers were dispatched to a sexual assault incident that occurred at a gas station on Colborne Street east in the County of Brant. At approximately 12:00 p.m. on April 25th, 2014 the female victim had stopped at a full service gas station on Colborne Street East. The victim entered the store portion of the gas station to pay for her gas and other items. The victim was pushed in a bathroom and sexually assaulted.

Ali HASAN 23 years of age from the City of Hamilton is facing the following criminal charges
Sexual Assault
Forcible Confinement
The accused is currently being held in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
