(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP., ON) – On March 26, 2015 at approximately 2:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a vehicle being driven erratically on Wellington County Road 32, Guelph-Eramosa Twp.
While speaking with male driver of a 2009 Chrysler, police observed obvious signs that alcohol was consumed. A Roadside Screening Device test was performed which resulted in a fail. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Tomislav LEVNAICH age 19 of Cambridge Ont., has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on April 14, 2015 to answer to the charge.
