(ORILLIA, ON.) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged three drivers in relation to three separate motor vehicle collisions.
On March 24, 2015 at approximately 8:04 p.m., Orillia OPP was dispatched to a vehicle in a ditch on the 20th Side Road in Ramara Township. When officers arrived at the scene they arrested the male driver.
Daniel REA, 31 years old of Ramara Township, has been charged with Care or Control While Impaired and Over 80 milligrams Blood/Alcohol.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing today in Barrie court.
On March 25, 2015 at approximately 8:25 p.m., Orillia OPP was dispatched to a parking lot outside of Studabakers Bar in the City of Orillia. When officers arrived at scene they found a vehicle stuck on a curb and arrested the female driver.
Donna MAUREIRA, 58 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over 80 milligrams Blood/Alcohol.
She was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on March 31, 2015.
On March 25, 2015 at approximately 11:15 p.m., Orillia OPP was dispatched to a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 12 near Hurtubise Drive in the City of Orillia. When officers arrived at the scene they located the male driver outside of the vehicle and he was arrested.
Travis LECLAIR, 37 years old of Barrie, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Refuse to Provide Breath Sample.
He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on April 7, 2015.
