(Greenstone, ON) On September 15, 2015 at 11:10am, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Greenstone Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 584 north of Geraldton.
As a result of police investigation the driver, Tirrell KOVAL (34) of Sioux Lookout, Ontario has been charged with;
-Operation of a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by alcohol
-Operation of a Motor Vehicle with over 80 milligrams of Alcohol in 100 milliliters of Blood
