Timothy RENAUD – Breach, Methamphetamine

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – A 35 year old male from Central Huron is currently in custody after he failed to comply with conditions of his court release and terms of his probation sentence.

Police received information the male was failing to keep the peace and was failing to be amenable to the rules of the home as directed by his surety. As a result, police attended a residence in Central Huron and arrested the accused. Upon arrest, officers searched the male and found him to be in possession of Methamphetamine.

Police have charged 35 year old Timothy RENAUD with two counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance, two counts of Fail to Comply with Probation Order and Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine. He remains in custody with a court appearance scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 19, 2014.
