(THUNDER BAY, ON) – On Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at approximately 3:33pm Thunder Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the Kaministiquia River in the area of Highway 102 regarding a body that had been located in the water.
Thunder Bay OPP officers attended and recovered a deceased male from the water. An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday August 7, 2014 in Thunder Bay.
Once the male has been positively identified and next of kin have been notified, further information will be released.
The investigation is continuing.
