(ADELAIDE-METCALFE, ON)- On Friday September 20, 2013 at 8:01 p.m. members of the Middlesex County OPP and Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to a three vehicle collision on Second Street at Hickory Drive in Adelaide-Metcalfe TWP. Police have learned that a silver, Chevrolet Equinox was said to have lost control on the curve portion of the roadway. The vehicle then crossed the centre lane, striking two on-coming vehicles. All parties were treated at the scene for minor injuries. As a result of an investigation police have issued January JAPP, age 35 of Adelaide-Metcalfe TWP a Provincial Offence Notice (PON) for Drive left of centre – on a curve as per Section 149(1)(a) of the HTA.
