Three Injured In Collision – Peggy PETRUSYK Charged

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 55-year-old female following an investigation into a two vehicle collision that occurred at a Broad Street West, Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

On Monday October 24, 2016 at approximately 1:05 p.m., OPP, Haldimand County Fire Services and Haldimand County Paramedics responded to Broad Street West for a two vehicle collision where three occupants were injured.

OPP investigation has determined that beige Chevrolet Impala was travelling eastbound on Broad Street West when it struck when it struck a black Chevrolet Impala that was exiting a private driveway.

The female driver of the black Impala and her male passenger were transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The female driver of the beige Impala was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

OPP has charged 55-year-old Peggy PETRUSYK of Port Colborne, Ontario with failing to yield from a private driveway under the Highway Traffic Act.
