(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant OPP Crime Unit, with the assistance of the West Region Tactical and Rescue Unit, the West Region Emergency Response Unit, the West Region Canine Unit, the West Region Forensic Identification Unit and members of the Organize Crime Enforcement Bureau executed two criminal search warrants on a Powerline Road residence, in the County of Brant.
Officers entered the residence during the early morning on July 18th, 2014, and located prescription pills, marihuana and a prohibited weapon in the residence. The three men living in the residence are all facing criminal charges.
Glen CARTER 53 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges
Possession of Schedule I substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Schedule I substance Other Drugs
Christopher CARTER 28 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges
Possession of Schedule I substance Other Drugs
Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon
Bradley CARTER 23 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges
Possession of Schedule I substance Other Drugs
Possession of Schedule II substance Cannabis Marihuana- under 30 grams
All three accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on September 5th, 2014 to answer to the charges.
