(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 18, 2014, at approximately 2:51 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were alerted by a citizen that three males were seen entering vehicles on Beirnes Street Fergus. Police located the males nearby and found them with stolen property. They were arrested and stolen property was recovered. While searching of one male, suspected marijuana was seized.
A male age 17 from Centre Wellington Township is charged with;
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000-Criminal Code (C.C.)
He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Youth Court on January 28, 2015.

Failing to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000-C.C.
