(Frankville, ON.) – Officers of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are continuing with investigations where several insecure vehicles in the Frankville area were entered and items stolen.
Sometime between the evening of Thursday the 25th and the morning of Friday the 26th of September, 8 separate theft reports were received. Items reported taken included jewellery, cash, tools, DVD’S, make-up, and various electronics.
Vehicle owners are reminded to lock their vehicles and to close their windows and sun/moon roof. Both allow a thief a quick and quiet way to enter your vehicle. When you leave your vehicle, whenever possible take your valuables with you or keep them out of view.
