(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a theft from a James Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
Between Wednesday, July 22, 2015 and Saturday, July 25, 2015, unknown suspects attended the Delhi Motor Inn and entered a vehicle parked in the parking lot. Once inside, unknowns removed a coin collection.
Through investigation it was determined that unknowns entered an unlocked vehicle and removed two (2) 5lb bags of assorted coins and a box containing approximately 50lbs in silver collector coins.
The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
