(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH) On Tuesday June 25, 2013, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a rural residence located along Perth Road 163 north of Line 12, where an ATV and a chainsaw were stolen sometime overnight.
Investigation indicated that sometime between 10 p.m. on Monday June 24 and 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday June 25, 2013, suspects entered an unlocked shed on the property and removed an ATV and two chainsaws. ATV tracks were observed heading away from the shed, through a field, and back to the roadway. One of the chainsaws was located in the field.
The ATV is a red, 2003 Honda TRX 650, 4 wheeled – 4 wheel drive machine having an Ontario licence plate of 08KW1 attached to the back.
The chainsaw is an orange Husqvarna saw, Model 390XP.
