Terry OLIVEIRA – Drug Possession

(CALEDON, ON) – On November 28, 2013 shortly before 8:30 pm, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to a suspicious vehicle in the area of Diamondwood Drive in the Town of Caledon. The officers located the suspect vehicle, a gray Toyota Matrix with its lights off and two male occupants. Upon speaking with the driver, the officers located a green leafy substance, believed to be marijuana on a towel between the driver’s legs. The driver was arrested and upon searching the male, the officers discovered more drugs, believed to be marijuana.

As a result of their investigation, Terry OLIVEIRA, 18, of Caledon was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance.

He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on January 13, 2014.
