Eric T. LARSEN – Drunk Driving

(CALEDON, ON) – On November 30, 2013 shortly before 4:50 pm, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Regional Road 50 and McEwan Drive in the Village of Bolton. The officers located the suspect vehicle, a red Ford pick-up truck, and conducted a vehicle stop to check on the driver’s sobriety. The officers concluded that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The male was arrested and transported to detachment for testing.

Once the investigation was concluded, Eric T. LARSEN, 59, of Caledon was arrested and charged with Over 80.

The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The accused is scheduled to make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on December 12, 2013.
