(NORWICH, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) is investigating a report of a suspicious person on Main Street West, in Norwich.
On Friday October 4, 2013 at approximately 7:45 a.m. a 14 year old girl reported that she was followed home from her bus stop by an unknown male. The female had been waiting for the bus which was delayed by the fog, so she started making her way back home. The male suspect was observed walking on the opposite side of the road parallel to the female. He then abruptly crossed the road and began following the female in close proximity. The male fled the area running on foot when two witnesses made their presence known. No verbal or physical contact was made by the male.
The man was described to be in his 40’s, brown slicked back hair, 5’8 to 6′
