(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have arrested a 35 year old male after being contacted by concerned citizens at a Talbot Road, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
Between Tuesday, July 2, 2013 and Saturday, August 3, 2013, a suspicious male was observed at the Delhi Kinsmen Pool on several occasions. As a result of the investigation, police have arrested and charged a 35 year old male.
Charged with Criminal Harassment is 35 year old Johnny Henry INNES from Norfolk, County, Ontario.
He will appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
