(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – On April 4, 2016 the City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a serious crash on Highway 35 near Waite Road.
Charged as a result of the collision is 38 year old James BROWN of Lindsay with the following offences:
Careless Driving contrary to section 130 of the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)
Driving While Under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the HTA
The accused will appear in Lindsay court May 10, 2016.
