(Hawkesbury, ON) In the afternoon of January 15th 2014, Constables Marc Lauzon, Jonathan Lacelle and Lise Durocher performed a RIDE roadblock at the corner of Cameron and Aberdeen Street in the Town of Hawkesbury. During their efforts, they intercepted a 2005 Dodge Dakota where it was found that the driver was suspended from driving in Ontario.
Claire CUSSON (52 yrs) of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, Qc was charged under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act for the following:
– Section 53(1) Driving while under suspension.
– Section 36 Driving under licence of other jurisdiction while suspended in Ontario
She is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on February 6th at 9am.
