(THAMES CENTRE, ON) On November 19, 2013 at approximately 1:45 p.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Thames Centre Fire Department and Middlesex-London Emergency Medical Services (EMS) responded to an active structure fire on Cherryhill Road in the Municipality of Thames Centre.
Middlesex OPP has closed Cherryhill Road between Dundas Street and Evelyn Drive as they assist with the fire investigation. Police are asking the public to avoid the area for the safety of all responders.
The investigation is ongoing. The value of the damage is unknown. More information will be provided once it becomes available.
