(South Dundas) – On November 9, 2015 at approximately 7:17pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a vehicle at a property on County Road 4, South Dundas Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana.
The male driver, Cody MACDONALD (21) of South Dundas Township and female passenger, Victoria ROBILLARD (20) of North Dundas Township were arrested and each charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance – Under 30 Grams
Both were released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on December 8, 2015.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS
(South Glengarry) – On November 9, 2015 at approximately 9:09pm, SD&G OPP officers intercepted a vehicle on Highway 401, South Glengarry Township. A check of the male passenger revealed that he was in breach of conditions imposed from previous incidents.
Charles MACIER (21) of Montreal, Quebec was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Recognizance (being in the Province of Ontario)
– Fail to Comply with a Probation Order (2 counts – Fail to keep the peace/Possess Credit Card)
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall today (November 10, 2015).
