(South Glengarry) – On December 9, 2015 at approximately 12:25pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a male youth in possession of drugs at a property on Tyotown Road, South Glengarry Township. A quantity of suspected marihuana was seized as a result.
A 16-year-old male youth from Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Alexandria on February 3, 2016. His name is not being released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
FAMILY DISPUTE
(North Dundas) – On December 9, 2015 at approximately 6:01pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a residence on Bailey Avenue, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation between a male youth and a family member resulted in the accused causing damage within the home and to a vehicle.
The 15-year-old male youth was arrested and is charged with;
– Mischief Under $5000
He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on February 4, 2016. His name is not being released in accordance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
