(KINGSVILLE, ON) – On November 10, 2015 at 8:04am a 2008 white Ford Pickup Truck was travelling northbound on Walnut street in Kingsville approaching a three way stop at Chestnut Street. The Driver of the Ford Pickup, a 59 years old Kingsville man, stopped for the stop sign and then proceeded west. As the Ford began to accelerate, a 14 years old cyclist, travelling westbound on Chestnut failed to stop for the stop sign and crossed the path of the Ford Pickup and a crash ensued.
The 14 years old Kingsville male was taken by EMS to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
No charges are expected.
