STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERED – OPP LOOKING FOR SUSPECT

(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) On September 16, 2014 at around 8:30 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to Bond Street in Watford after receiving reports of a suspicious Dodge pickup in the area. Investigation determined that the pickup had been reported stolen from Elgin County on September 12, 2014. The licence plates attached to the pickup had also been reported stolen from a different vehicle in the London area on September 12, 2014.

While police were investigating, witnesses reported seeing a male in dark clothing running from the area. The OPP Canine Unit was called in to assist but was unable to locate the suspect.
