(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) – Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three men each with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000. The charges stem from the theft of tires from a vehicle near Murdoch Creek in Teck Township. The subsequent investigation led to a traffic stop on Highway 112 and the recovery of the stolen property. The incident occurred at approximately 11:20 a.m. on August 29, 2013.
Charged are:
William LAZORYSHAK, age 56 of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
Jacques SUTHERLAND, age 35 of Timmins, Ontario.
Christopher HESKETH, age 26 of Kirkland Lake, Ontario.
All three accused are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on November 14, 2013.
