Stolen ATVs Recovered – Three Charged

(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Wednesday, November 11, 2015, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged three individuals in connection to a break-in reported last month in which two All-Terrain vehicles (ATVs) were stolen.

On October 24, 2015, Grey County OPP investigated the break-in which had occurred on the East Back Line in the Municipality of Grey Highlands sometime between October 21st and October 24th. Two ATVs, a 2013 Canam JDA and a 2014 Canam JEA, for a combined value of over $10000 were taken from a detached garage on the property.

With the assistance of the Grey County Crime Unit, the stolen ATVs were recovered at a property on Grey Rd. 8 in the Township of Southgate on November 11, 2015.

Police have arrested and charged three individuals in connection to the investigation.

23-year old Bradley Robert FERGUSON, of the Township of Southgate, is charged with possession of stolen property over $5000.

19-year old Travis Jordan WILLCOCKS, of the Township of Southgate, is charged with break and enter, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000.

18-year old Madison WINTER, of the Township of Southgate, is charged with break and enter, theft over $5000 and possession of stolen property over $5000.

All three are scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on December 17, 2015.
