(Russell, ON) On September 5, 2013 OPP Constables were conduction a R.I.D.E. spot check on Route 200 in Russell. A vehicle pulled up to the spot check and was questioned by police. At that time an officer detected a smell of alcohol. The driver provided a breath sample into the Roadside Screening Device. He registered a Fail. He was then transported to the OPP office for more tests. He provided breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. The results exceeded the legal limit.
