(Russell, ON) ON September 5, 2013, OPP Constable Bernard Montpetit responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Wade Road in Russell. At that location a vehicle collided with a bridge on Wade Road. The officer spoke to driver who was slightly injured and noticed signs of impairment. The driver was transported to the OPP office where he provided breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. The results exceeded the legal limit permitted by the law.
