(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On October 20th, 2016 at approximately 1:20 p.m. in the afternoon members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) newly formed Traffic Unit were monitoring traffic on Carson Road and stopped a motor vehicle for a traffic related offence.
A further investigation into the driver of this motor vehicle, Police discovered that he was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Steve J. LLOYD 37 years old from Springwater Twp. First appearance is November 8th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
