(Bonnechere Valley Township, ON) Provincial Constable Cathie Yarmel conducted an investigation that led to numerous fraud charges being laid.
Stephanie BURGESS, 36 years of age of Eganville was charged with 8 counts of Fraud Under $5000 contrary to section 380(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada, 3 counts of Possession of Stolen Property contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada, 8 counts of Breach of Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Jonathan BURGESS, 36 years of age of Eganville is charged with 8 counts of Fraud Under $5000 contrary to section 380(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada, 3 counts of Possession of Stolen Property contrary to section 354(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Stephanie BURGESS is scheduled to appear in court on December 16, 2014 in Pembroke.
Jonathan BURGESS is scheduled to appear in Pembroke court for video bail on December 8, 2014.
