(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 28, 2023, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an address in the Municipality of Kincardine and initiated an intimate partner violence investigation.
As a result of the investigation, a 37-year-old of Municipality of Kincardine resident has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
- Spousal Assault
- Assault
- Domestic Mischief
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Walkerton at a later date.
The OPP will not release names to protect the identity of the victims.
