(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police, a County of Brant officer was conducting radar patrol on Bishopsgate Road, on October 12th, 2014. At approximately 3:08 p.m. the officer observed a grey Chevrolet pickup truck travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked the vehicle going over 135 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Hayden VANBESIEN 17 years of age from the County of Brant was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
