(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On April 19, 2014 at approximately 1:51 p.m. a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a 2009 Ford on Jones Baseline, Guelph-Eramosa Township for speeding and during the investigation marijuana was seized.
Colin THOMSON age 29 of Guelph is charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is also charged with speeding contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 30, 2014 to answer to the charge.
