(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On December 28, 2013 at about 10:00 am Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was contacted and advised that a snowmobile had been taken from inside a snowmobile trailer.
The complainant advised that he had parked his truck with the trailer in the Deerhurst Resort parking lot on Deerhurst Dr. Huntsville around 8:30pm on December 27, 2013. The trailer was not secured, and the keys had been left in the snow machine.
The machine is described as a 2008 black and orange Artic Cat, 1000cc’s. The registration number on the machine is 7AA662. The machine was driven from the parking lot with the keys in the ignition.
